vegetables and a variety of bean and tofu dishes. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available.
What are wraps?
Wraps are gourmet international ingredients wrapped in a tortilla. At CBW we make our wraps, as well as all our food, with in-store fresh made ingredients.
What are salad wraps?
Salad wraps are fresh-tossed greens and other fresh ingredients rolled in a tortilla.
Tortillas are an excellent source of complex carbs and also taste great. They come in four flavors and are low in fat and calories.
What if falafel?
Falafel is great tasting Middle Eastern food consisting of spiced chick peas. Falafel is rich in fiber, has a great taste, and is an excellent way to consume more beans in your diet.
What is jasmine rice?
Jasmine rice is an aromatic rice native to Thailand. Its flavor is more pronounced than our brown rice.
What are the condiments?
The black and white “stuff” is called goma shio—Kosher salt and toasted sesame seeds. It adds flavor and texture. The red seeds are hot pepper and give any dish a bite. Our soy sauce is naturally fermented, not the chemically fermented kind found at most restaurants.
Why are beans so important?
Beans are high in fiber, low in fat, and offer a healthy does of iron, nerve soothing B vitamins and immunity boosting zinc. Eaten with rice, they form a complete protein.
What is the difference between brown rice and white rice?
Brown rice is a whole grain that has not been stripped of its natural bran. It is healthier and higher in fiber than white rice.
At CBW we believe, and have been doing so for almost 15 years, in eating balanced healthy meals.
